How It Works:

1. Donate Your Culture: Send us your clean agar wedge, liquid culture, or spore print.

2. Preservation & Isolation: We clean, isolate, test, and preserve your line in our master liquid culture and slant library to ensure its longevity.

3. Eternal Naming Rights: Your custom name stays on the strain forever (e.g., Ken’s Penis Envy).

4. Funding the Vault: Propagated cultures are made available to the community. Proceeds directly cover submaster slants, agar materials, storage equipment, and library maintenance.

Quality & Contamination Control Policy Golden Spore Galore Quality Guarantee & Intake Protocol To protect the integrity of our master library and ensure all distributed genetics meet strict quality standards, all incoming community donations undergo a multi-stage laboratory intake process: Isolation & Cleanup: Every donated sample (agar wedge, liquid culture, or spore sample) is immediately transferred to sterile agar media in a controlled laminar flow environment. Contamination Screen: Samples undergo a mandatory quarantine period to monitor for bacterial, mold, or latent endophyte contamination before moving to expansion. Master Storage: Only fully verified, clean sectorings are expanded into liquid culture and long-term slant storage for the permanent library.

Non-Viability Notice: If a submitted culture is unviable, contaminated beyond recovery, or unstable, the donor will be notified via email before the batch is discarded.

Terms, Release & Intellectual Property Agreement Community Genetics Preservation Agreement By submitting a culture, spore sample, or genetic material (the "Donation") to Golden Spore Galore, you agree to the following terms: Voluntary Contribution: All donations are made voluntarily without expectation of royalty payments, ongoing compensation, or equity in Golden Spore Galore. Naming Rights: Golden Spore Galore agrees to maintain the custom donor naming convention (e.g., [Donor Name]'s [Strain] ) in all public store listings, labels, and promotional materials associated with that specific lineage. Propagation & Retail Rights: You grant Golden Spore Galore a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to clean, culture, isolate, propagate, store, and sell copies or derivatives of the donated material. Funding Mechanism: You acknowledge and agree that proceeds generated from the sale of preserved cultures are used directly to fund laboratory overhead, equipment upkeep, media production, and long-term genetic vault storage. No Warranty of Exclusive Strain Ownership: Golden Spore Galore acknowledges donor credit for the specific physical sample provided, but cannot legally enforce exclusive genetic ownership or patent rights over biological cultures.
